Beautiful hotel with great facilities and lovely outdoor pool sanctuary. Amazing staff throughout.

The staff throughout the hotel were amazing, welcoming, always with a friendly smile, and always happy and eager to help. The outdoor pool sanctuary was lush, picturesque and a very relaxing place to spend time. Pool was the perfect temperature, and it was an added bonus having the indoor full length lap pool for exercise too. Spacious bedroom. Everything very clean both on arrival and well looked after/cleaned during our stay. We tried both the STK steakhouse restaurant as well as the B-Lounge (twice!) and both were fantastic - both the food and the setting, and staff likewise always fantastic.

I didn't like the following: - Hotel felt old to me - The sports facilities such as swimming pool and bathrooms in the gym area were very old - Golf cart were not available all the time to be able to go around the resort

we had an enjoyable time in the hotel , from the time of the arrival ( we were given a room much more earlier than was supposed ) until check out, all staff members were friendly and extremely helpfull , special thanks go to Bakhtyor - guest relation manager , Alina - Lagoon restaurant manager and Charles, helping us on daily basis with the taxi. Entire atmosphere in the hotel exceed my expectations.

Dreamy stay

I liked everything in the hotel. The friendly level and the provisionally which was followed up and watched by the manager Mr. Ahmed Saeed and that what I saw with my eyes. There was a problem in bathroom (which was slowed later) but what I really liked how it was followed up and solved by Mr. Ahmed Saeed when he check the problem, recognised it, put the alternative solutions and carry it out all in 15 mnts only. I can’t wait to come back soon for the next occasion that I have to celebrate it there. Thanks for the ritz Carlton team and hope to see you soon. Best Regards

very much recommended and will visit it again.

Staff efficiency and kindness as well as their professionalism. The general ambiance in the hotel is lively. The room service is excellent. The food is so delicious.

The mattress is not comfortable and pillows. I prefer to keep the key of my car overnight with me rather than with the valet.

Outstanding staff

Outstanding staff and service. The rooms were beautiful and view overlooking the sea was gorgeous. The staff are really what makes this hotel special though. My parents were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary and the staff were incredible at organising surprises for them throughout - they went above and beyond. Special mention to Fion who is a real credit to your hotel. Will definitely be back again. Thank you for everything. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Service levels were absolutely amazing, specifically Fion...

Service levels were absolutely amazing, specifically Fion and Elizabeth at Check In were fantastic, Shahadah (if memory serves me right) from the Flamingo pool lounge was welcoming and very hospitable. Level of luxury inside the hotel was exactly what you would expect from the Ritz brand. Complimentary high tea was superb and every staff member went out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

External facade of the hotel need refurbishing, it does look a little dated when compared against the other luxury hotels in the area. When looking at the pictures you may think there is direct beach access however there isn't so this is a little misleading.

Hotel is good, consider the night noise ..

Staff are professional. View was good. Room was nice. Housekeeping team were good.

The room was not quite. I hate it because of the bout's sound specially in the evening. The policy of not accepting outside food is a bad one. Probably will not reserve again because of this since the food in the hotel is expensive for frequent requests in a day. Lighting in the room is can be improved.

The best bad experiance

Nothing i like

1.The pool is so cold no any one Can use it Just try and back to room 2. The top bad food in doha at this hotel (i am Sorry for that But that the truth) 3. Some of stuff is not friendly as usually 4. I have already jad 18 hours without eating because i tried to eat food from hotel restaurant and its so bad and there is mention us to not requist food from outside. So what thay give guest solution? Nothing I was go to same hotel every year and it was the best hotel in qatar But at 2019 i didnot understand whats happen Thank you

Overall a fantasic weekend - will return again for sure.

The Friday Brunch was pretty fantasitic. The staff were very helpful, I really enjoyed my stay and would definatly stay again. The rain shower in the room was something else.

THe decor is begining to look outdated - this place will need a revamp in the next couple of years.

Immediately upon arrival I had a personal issue having...

Immediately upon arrival I had a personal issue having misplaced my passport. Indraneel, Vipu and Sabrina were so helpful in calming me down and arranging my transport back to the airport to search for it. It was found and the remainder of my stay was just as wonderful.

I loved every part so there’s nothing to complain about.
